Kate Worden is a senior government affairs and strategic communications leader with more than 25 years’ experience across ministerial, executive and elected roles. As a former Northern Territory Minister, she led major portfolios including domestic and family violence prevention, environment and climate, essential services, multicultural affairs, disability, housing, sport and police, fire and emergency services.

Kate has delivered significant reforms, negotiated national partnership agreements, advanced legislation and overseen governance, compliance and operational functions across government. She brings extensive experience working across remote communities, multicultural sectors and complex stakeholder environments, including eight years as a Member of Parliament and senior executive roles in the Northern Territory Government.

Kate is also an experienced Government Affairs Account Director. With multiple home bases across Canberra, Darwin and Brisbane - Kate supports local, national and international clients with strategic communications, government relations and corporate strategy. Her work with consular partners in Australia and Indonesia, combined with decades of community leadership, underpins her practical, people‑centred approach.

Lauren has over 15 years of working in strategic policy and stakeholder engagement, specialising in employment, skills and economic development and property sectors.

From supporting Federal Government agencies, The Property Council, and academic institutions like TAFE and the Association of Colleges - Lauren brings national executive leadership experience including. This also includes seven years as the CEO of two membership bodies, representing the largest employment network of apprentices and trainees in the country.

She is internationally recognised as a key spokesperson and thought leader on skills and workforce matters, apprenticeships, and economic development opportunities.

Lauren has a demonstrated record of securing outcomes through building influence and relationships with stakeholders to help shape new policies and make an impact.

Grant Law is one of South Australia’s most experienced Public Relations and Corporate Communication consultants. Over his 30 years in the industry, Grant has held senior positions with some of the world’s biggest PR agencies and their affiliates including Edelman, Ogilvy PR Worldwide and Weber Shandwick.

He has consulted to some of the world’s biggest brands across Africa, Europe and the Middle East including The Dow Chemical Company, General Motors, and Microsoft.

Grant develops and implements Public Relations strategies for companies and organisations - from general media releases and company announcements to complex strategies for managing stakeholder relations, crises, mergers and acquisitions, and advocacy campaigns.

He also has extensive experience in Internal Communications, PR for listed companies and the delivery of communications and media training.

Grant is also an experienced videographer and launched ‘Voice It Podcast Studio.’

Over the past 20 years Hayley has harnessed her international expertise across brand, marketing, media and advertising to make a positive impact across the industry.

She worked as Strategy Director on brands such as Specsavers, Chemist Warehouse, and Medibank, as well as for large corporate organisations to develop acquisition focused advertising campaigns. Hayley has also served as Chief Marketing Officer within local government and non-profit organisations.

George has over a decade of political experience, working as political advisor to the Queensland Premier, Treasurer and Speaker of the Queensland Parliament.
