Victoria votes on Saturday 28 November 2026, 70 days from 19 September 2026. The date is fixed by law rather than chosen by the Premier, because Victorian state elections fall on the last Saturday in November every four years. All 88 seats of the Legislative Assembly and the 40 seats of the Legislative Council are contested, and the Victorian Electoral Commission runs the election and the count.

How to vote
